Instructor: Sensei Kerrie Flynn (5th Dan) commenced training in 1963 (age 5) Jishukan Honbu (combined Judo,Jujitsu & Karate), with Peter Morton, then Tae Kwon-Do 1975, Goshin-Ryu Karate Canberra 1979,  & found herself driving from Canberra to Sydney every Saturday (1984) to train under Sensei Nowak.

Kerrie’s highlight are: World Champion at the SKIF World Championships held in Japan during 1988. Second Place at the SKIF World Championships held in Mexico during 1991. Australian Team Coach for the year 2000 SKIF World Championships.
