That’s a wrap on Display Day 2018!
Display Day is Miranda RSL Youth Club’s annual athlete showcase and presentation day featuring performances and demonstrations by a number of our recreational and competitive athletes as well as the presentation of our perpetual trophies.
Thank you to everyone who helped make it a great day. Thank you to all the coaches who volunteered their time to help run the event and all of our other wonderful volunteers who assisted in the canteen or with set up and pack up. Thank you to all the family and friends who came along to support our athletes. Thank you to the members of the Miranda RSL Sub Branch and special guests who also came along and showed their support. And last but not least, thank you to our amazing athletes who have put in weeks of hard work to perfect their routines.

Thank you to everyone who attended yesterday’s Remembrance Sunday Service at the Miranda War Memorial. 2018 marks one hundred years since the signing of the armistice of World War 1. We hope that no matter where you were, you took a moment to remember all those who have lost their lives or been affected by conflict around the world.
