Thank you to everyone who attended or volunteered at this morning’s ANZAC Day Dawn Service at the Miranda War Memorial. Miranda RSL Youth Club was well represented, with numerous athletes and parents joining us for the march. There was also an impressive community turnout, with crowds forming around the cenotaph.
A special thanks goes to Club Treasurer Bill Lewis who organised the set up for the ceremony and the many volunteers who helped with the barbecue and equipment pack down.
No matter where you are today, we hope that you can take the time to reflect on the spirit of the ANZACs and express your gratitude for the dedication and courage of our service men and women.
Lest We Forget.
